Reliance Capital – “Reliance Capital - Rapid Growth....In all directions...”

Pros

Small and nimble right now and growing fast...new ideas get noticed and could see some really good oppurtunities for th employees.

Cons

No work culture right now by its own, inherits work culture from all the other banks like ICICI & Kotak etc...Doesn't beleive in evolving a process....so something of haphazard style of working right now.....Reliance needs an image revamp from the market perspective to change its image from a tough guy & to a nice guy...

Advice to Senior Management

Doing good as of now.....Change the idea of Reliance as a whole in the mind of market and then maybe long term sustainability could be made feasible....Right now TATA and Aditya Birla is considered nice guys on the block butReliance even though better in many respective is always considered as a tough guy.....needs a image revamp....
