Pros

Freedom. In case your immediate seniors are good there is scope to do a lot.

Cons

Hierarchy is an issue. Also it is an owner controlled company. Some of the systems in place are good but processes are not up to the mark

    1000 crore company and top service provider

    Cons

    HR is very bad and no concerns for employees. If you are new joinee it may 15 days to get sitting place and tools to work.

    Good place to learn people management and customer handling.
    If u want to learn new things there is ample opportunity.

    Cons

    Bad salary , Everything in the company moves at a very slow pace, too much hierarchy ,
    Lot of politics between departments and their heads.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Change the company into flat organization , Remove redundancy in the reporting structure.
     People should get promotion basis on their performance not on their age.
