No clear communication. SVP don't care about employees. All departments understaffed. No pay increase in 4 years. No performance review in 3 years. Same people get promoted. Expected to dress in a suit everyday with no extra money to pay for dry cleaning expenses. Benefits expensive. Managers do not take feedback from employees.

Advice to Senior Management

Get feedback from employees. Give cost of living increases. Say thank you and show appreciation for a job well done. EVP is smart. Too bad his managers are not. Give promotions - other departments have several, Operations never have any. Reinstate 401k match. Owners of company should communicate more. Overall employees do not trust management and only one person helpful in HR that tries to help but not a manager.
