Pros

Compensation is competitive as are the 401k and bonus benefits.

Cons

Management is not supportive of out of the box thinking. Lot of opportunities are not considered or evaluated fairly.

Advice to Senior Management

To evaluate more opportunities and give them the appropriate due diligence.
