Pros

The staff there is very attentive and listens to your needs and concerns. They fit you with the best job available, and even give you with new opportunities to conquer.

Cons

I am now in a job where I excel, even though it is extremely hard on me physically. I am hoping for another assignment or permanent placement there for an advancement, but right now I am just stuck doing a job I enjoy, but it is really too hard for me at my age and physical limitations. But I keep plugging along because I know the Remedy staff will continue to work for me and eventually something will turn around. In this economy it is just nice to have a job at all.

Advice to Senior Management

I have heard from a lot of people that so many companies are turning to temp agencies... even our SC school systems next year will be using temps! Go get those contracts and offer your employers who work hard for you in better positions!
