I worked at Remington College full-time

    Pros

I worked with a FEW wonderful people.

    Cons

*Highly stressful *Remington would rather hire new employees every three months than do anything to resolve any of the real issues *This is definitely not a long term position *Unethical behavior by upper management *Focused on up-selling *Sometimes required to do the jobs of other departments without any appreciation *Extreme amount of micromanagement *Full of lies *Stress never ends *Horrible culture

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Show some employee appreciation. Improve on the training process.

    Not a long-term position for non-butt kissers

I worked at Remington College full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Great starting salary and great benefits.

    Cons

No way to move up unless you are constantly kissing butt; they will work you to death but never want to pay overtime; insane, crazy hours; very conniving and at times goes against Accrediting Commission. Overall, too sneaky to keep up with.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get a better education and learn how to actually manage a place. I'm sure I'm much educated than all those idiots at headquaters put together. They all stick together and leave the lower class to suffer.
