everybody doing whatever he wants over there....no management, no human values

I have been working at Renault full-time for more than 8 years

Prosyou have your salary & 8 week vacations to the end of your career

Cons- you do not progress if you are not in the band who has the power
- no systematic management, personal opinions
- very amateur top management
- no opportunity for youth to growth
- no respect, no human values
- no system for anything !

Advice to Senior Management- Let another successful company buy Renault.otherwise nothing will be left in coming years
- change your SVP level management, they are ruining the company with wrong and unprofessional decisions

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
