Pros

It is better than collecting unemployment

Cons

Very poor pay, arrogant upper management.

Advice to Management

Give better pay to good people. Fire entire IT department and pay a good wage to get qualified people who understand customer service.

    Pros

Great culture solidly permeated throughout the orgnaization. Strong employee recognition programs. Very focused on patient satisfaction and employee engagement.

    Cons

Prior expansion has resulted in financial challenges in a very high unemployment market (big increase in self pay).

    Advice to Management

Continue to make the tough decisions necessary to survive the current economic environment.

    Pros

It was really easy to leave work at work because of the massive amount of employees and the company culture seemed as if getting work done right was more important than getting it done quickly.

    Cons

They really want you to embrace their HR mantras and bleed Renown purple.

    Advice to Management

At the time Jim Miller was the CEO and I believe that things have been getting better since he has left.
