Pros

Great pay, Good Benefits, stock options for District Managers and above, lots of opportunity for advancement if your willing too move.

Cons

Long hours, 5 1/2 day work week for District Managers and above.

Advice to Management

Get rid of the 5 1/2 day work week, require DM's and above to work more during the week, 7am to 6pm and they would happily do that then work even an hour on Saturdays. Work/Life balance.

    Pros

pay is so and so, 10 hours overtime ,instead of working 2 jobs, every sunday off

    Cons

raises not good , never a saturday off, i missed out a lot of quality time with my child because of that, expectations are unrealistic with this bad economy,

    Advice to Management

we deserve more than 18 cents per raise , especially us latinos that speak 2 languages, i now we deserve better than that, stop being ungrateful ,we do spend more time making you rich than spending time with our family

    Pros

    *Decent pay check every week
    * Good Benefits

    Cons

    * For what you do the pay isn't good. You will work anywhere from 50-60 hours a week making 9-11 dollars an hour. While all the big bosses get triple digit raises

    * If, your numbers aren't good credit wise expect for your job to be threatened constanly. You will always catch hell when the store isn't doing good. But when you are doing good also expect your DM to be mad about something.

    * Your job is never. Always have a plan B

    Advice to Management

Increase the pay of the store employees. You guys get to see your family. We don't, we work hard so you can. More money and less hour's.
