Rent-A-Center Manager in Oklahoma City, OK:   (Current Employee)

Pros

Good pay. Good Benefits. Opportunity for advancement. Like most jobs, you only get back what you put into it.

Cons

Long hours. Pressure situations. Lack of training for some positions.

Advice to Senior Management

Need more training at assistant manager level.
