ProsGood money, not in the store all day, meeting new people

Cons48-50 hours a week, work till 8pm Monday -Friday, 7pm on Saturday.2 sick days a years,30 min. lunch Being told your a dime a dozen, being told you have to pick up bed bugs

Advice to Senior Managementtake a look back when you was a car, Also give a helping hand

    Store Manager (Former Employee)

    I worked at Rent-A-Center full-time for more than 5 years


    Pros: Having a job is better than not having one. That's it. Cons: Everything else. Most stores being decimated by the economy, say goodbye to that bonus check. No life outside of work. 50+ hour work weeks. Dumbing yourself down… Advice to Senior Management: Change the manager compensation back to 5% of store profit.
