Rentacrate has great recognition in their industry. There are not very many competitors and from a profibility stand point they are in a great position.

Cons

There is very little advancement if any within the company. If you are a sales rep that is probably where you will stay throughout your career.

Advice to Senior Management

The compensation plan that is offered is far from motivating. For the hours you put in to succeed in this company there are few bonuses and the levels that you need to hit are unrealistic.
