Pros

The pros of working at RP are that if you show any initiative at all you will probably be approached to move up into management.

Cons

Wow, the pay really sucks. If you compare salaries among your friends in similar management positions you will be surprised at how little you are making at RP. They also take parking a little too seriously. It's PARKING people. We deserve to have a life, too.

Advice to Senior Management

Pay people what they are worth. Keep up the at-a-boys, though, because even though the pay sucks the respect felt from management does go a long way.
