    Pros

Clients, helping people, learning more about services and disabilities, and co- workers.

    Cons

Support from company so far away. Alaska has unique challenges not necessarily recognized by company. Pay compared to responsibilities.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Utilize talent in house before looking outside. Better communication with employees you have appointed management, roles and job descriptions and information is not always clear.

I worked at ResCare full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

This welfare-to-work program made changes in the lives of many families. To my knowledge, no empirical studies have been completed.

    Cons

The welfare-to-work program was framed within the context of managed competition. It was also based on paid for performance. This affected the quality of the Program.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice
