    Pros

    No pros unless you like starving

    Cons

    No pay increase in nearly 8 years..clients basic needs aren't being met due to cuts in funds.supervisors who won't listen to clients or staff.

    Advice to Management

    Come work direct care for one week and get to know the clients instead of leaving as soon as the clients come home from work.give us a bonus ..increase our pay

    Pros

    There are no pro working for Rescare. No raise, no advancements, no acknowledgement. And no notifacation when a client leaves the comany and your out of a 14 year job. A staff texts you oh by the way client left company your job has ended.

    Advice to Management

    Communication, appreciation, approperiate raises, rewarding staff with opportunities for advancement. Especially those who have a bacholar degree in business and 14 years of service. You as a company are one of the worst examples of good
