Research Medical Center – “It's just ok....”

Pros

Great people to work with. The hours are good and the company is good with giving you the time you need to keep your family life intact. Decent cafeteria compared to other hospitals. Lots of long term employees.

Cons

There is not much opportunity to move up. It is seems stuck in a rut, nothing changes and very hard to get anything to change for the better.

Advice to Senior Management

Listen to employees, make it a more contempory place to work so employees can WANT to come to work
