ProsThere are no best reasons, except Bagel Mondays, and decent salary package. Location is might also be and incentive but that is all.

ConsNo career growth, managers have zero managerial skills, the structure of the company is not solid overall not a good company.

Advice to Senior ManagementManagers need to take managerial skill courses, not everyone has the ability to be a natural leader they have to be trained.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend

Pros: Depending on department, there can be a lot of flexibility in schedule. The benefits are pretty good. Though the company is large, it is still… Cons: There aren't many opportunities for growth within the company itself. Very performance driven,… Advice to Senior Management: Share the wealth... create a structure that provides for more… Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend More
