ProsCo-workers are great. Young group of people.

ConsTerrible MGMT. Employees on PM side are over worked, under paid, demoralized, micro-managed and treated like children. MGMT has no managerial skills...and too many bosses.

Advice to Senior ManagementClean house and get better MGMT.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
