Good people, low salaries

ProsLoads of efforts were done to get some social life into the company, the parties are great and the colleagues too. It is a fun and youthful atmosphere.
Training opportunities are available to people who ask for them
Mngmt is on the ball, the future of the company seems safe, mgmt ready to seize opportunities in the market

ConsCreativity can sometimes be stifled by technology issues
Low salaries, and bonus scheme isnt the most generous out there... vouchers do not replace a low base...
lack of clear career plan "it's all on you!"
Processes can be very heavy to move
Operations teams overworked and undervalued, long hours expected.
