The work place is very flexible. They are very open to helping maintain a good work life / home life balance.

Cons

The management hierarchy is pretty old fashioned and resistant to change. For the most part its quite political among middle management, and this often leads to inefficiency.

Advice to Senior Management

Basically the whole of the information technology department middle management could be streamlined. Too many teams spend their day trying to get out of work from other teams.
