Pros

It was a pleasure to work with the team I was with at RCI. The people had respect for one another, and it was a family environment, very close knit. Management made sure you were involved in what was happening. We enjoyed team-building events at least twice each year, where everyone looked forward to participating in. We continuously met as a group or individually with management, to go over company state of affairs, or talk about how we were doing in our day-to-day job, and work life balance was very important.

Cons

There were some departments that liked to work on there own, and they needed to be more willing to work with other departments outside their group.

Keep up the good work, and continue to do what you are doing.
