Pros

not many except that in our office we had great group of people who all keep in touch even though we were all laid off

Cons

- salary cap the entire time I worked there, so there was no opportunity for advancement or raises
- zero support from the corporate offices
- poor communication
-laid off half the office as a group with NO warning and no severance offered

Advice to Senior Management

PLEASE, try to show your employees some respect. Allow them to take time off when they need it. Give them a raise when they deserve it. Listen to their ideas to improve the company.
