Pros

Great communication throughout the organization. This is an open environment where there is great adherence to the values. In other organizations there is a stark disconnect between the work environment and the values of the corporation.
Management and employees believe in the values, and this translates into true quality services being rendered by the staff. Likewise, employee morale is always high.

Cons

Benefits are not very comprhensive. There is no retirement match, and there is no tuition reimbursement etc. A young person who still needs to grow professionally, may find it difficult to map out a course of professional growth. There is not a clear path to upper management.

Advice to Senior Management

Continue to provide a forum for open communication. Find creative ways to improve on benefits.
