Pros

The overtime tends to be the norm at RHD. The PTO is decent compared to other NPO organizations.

Cons

The Bethlehem office has an alarming turn over rate of employees.
The company has financial spending problems, which leads to staff lay--offs.
The management of the company tend to hire "friends".
The company has difficulty performing simple tasks on a daily basis.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Do not let supervisors hire friends as employees at residential sites.
The company has to fix the spending problems of the residential sites.
Company needs to make better hiring and residential decisions to protect employees of residential violence.

    Pros

    Core Values, respect, supportive corporate office, great benefits, flexibility, clinical support, incentives, effective training, diversity, growth w/in, in-house opportunities, and open-minded environment

    Cons

    Disconnect of administratie staff to Corporate Management and direct care staff. Miscommunication among co-workers, lack of effective systmes, and turn around ratio is high

    Mediate communication among all parties involved w/systematic problems, offer additional support to DSP's, and implement certain policies and procedures that are followed.
