Great place!

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)
Philadelphia, MO

ProsGood supervision at many of their locations, important population to work with, strong behavioral theory, mini classes for any one.

ConsLots of traveling, individual site are fairly unorganized, not much recognition for quality work, many opportunities for bad work to get unnoticed.

Advice to Senior ManagementMore specific an individualized supervision, recognize your employees' strengths and weaknesses by actually talking with them. Help train skills please.
