Pros – Compensation is fairly OK if you negotiate upfront, people are fair and open with exception of management, growing company-may be great if you are good to analyze companys potential and financial growth
Cons – High handedness of management in day to day affairs, impersonal behavior by people in management, politics in a small company, bad project and time management, lack of adherence to standard practices, arrogance adamancy and lack of commitemnt to change and fix internal issues, disregard to interpersonal ethics, no review policy. Company seems to have resistance to think big picture and intolerant to any suggestions
Advice to Senior Management – The upper management may be good and leading the company towards better things but the management closer to individual contributors are building blocks and should not be ignored at the cost of development towards acquiring new prospects/customers in the market. Company requires an overhaul to grow big
