Strong leadership, doing a great job scaling the company at an appropriate pace

Pay is in the middle of the bell curve and could be more aggressive

Keep doing what you're doing and look for opportunities for expansion. Invest in the people your value just a bit more. It will pay off.

    Great product successes but difficult to succeed, and grow given structure, politics and processes.

    Pros

    Business space
    Company growth
    Colleagues
    Customer successes
    Saas model

    Cons

    Engineers feel like 2nd class citizens.
    People under promise, and only do what is asked of them. Risky otherwise
    Work happens in silos.
    Eng management is never accountable for bad plans and results. Seems like only engineers get blame.
    Some teams are treated better than others.
    Lack of caring for employees.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Provide an environment where engineers can create and deliver an awesome product
    Treat employees fairly
    Offer possibilities of advancement
    Provide clear metrics for success
    Celebrate successes .
    Be consistent with processes and values
    Admit mistakes so we can learn from them
