    Advice to ManagementAdvice

There is a serious need to establish some consistency with pay increases and consequeneces for disrespectful and dishonest employees. Need to establish managers duties and hold them accountable for their performance as well as service employees.

I worked at Restaurant Associates part-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Great money for a part-time job and flexible schedule which worked well for me because I was a full-time student. I got to work at great events throughout the Philadelphia area and was able to sample food at the end of each shift.
