Restaurant Depot – “Horrible”

Pros

they offer bonuses for certain duties, it's very easy to get over time, and you get paid holidays

Cons

management suck, they expect to much and pay you way less , turn over rate is horrible , and if you don't have seniority or kiss a lil butt you are basically out the door.

Advice to Senior Management

it's cheaper to keep your good people instead of firing them and paying to train new ones every other day
