    Pros

You receive a 40% discount on merchandise.

    Cons

Restoration Hardware thinks that it is something that it is not. It describes itself as a cutting edge interior design company, when really it is just a furniture store at a mall. The quality of the pieces are not worth as much money as they charge, and the whole attitude of the company tends to attract rude customers. They don't hire enough staff to carry the work load, and the upper management is sneaky and tends to do things to benefit only the management while hurting the rest of the staff. I couldn't get out from under this company fast enough.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Treat your employees with respect and stop advertising the company as a luxury interior design company. You cannot receive top class interior design consultations unless you have the technology, staff, and expertise to support it.

In a general sense not bad, but there is forced overtime and shift slides that no one wants.

    Pros

Follow workers are for the most part good to work with.

    Cons

The quality of their products seem to be sliding down hill, but the more product that comes from China the more this will happen.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Treat your employees like you want your employees to treat their customers.
