Cons

The downside at Retoration Hardware has more to do with the economy than any core flaws with the company. My work hours have been cut dramatically over the past year. It's not easy manuvering through the current choppy conditions of the retail market. RESTO will prevail as they always have.

Advice to Senior Management

Keep holding True to the Core Values, keep the coulture positive ( no matter what !). A wiff of bad attitude spreads like cancer.
