I have been working at Restoration Hardware full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Great co-workers, and benefits ok

    Cons

Management thinks they can make up rules whenever suits them, fire you over not having a cup with a spill proof lid (really?!?!?) pick and coddle their favorites, constantly make you not get ahead, and make it darn near immpossible to make more than 10.00 an hour. Overpriced, shoddy furniture, that has nothing but constant back orders and constantly arrives damaged.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Treat your staff with respect and then they may not have great nicknames for you behind your back and not give you the same false respect you show them

    Doesn't Recommend
    No opinion of CEO
