“Take advantage of the discount and prepare to be bewildered!”
Current Employee – been working at Restoration Hardware
Pros – - Flexible hours
- Most of the associates are great to work with
- Most customers are decent and very grateful for your efforts
Cons – - Merchandise that is almost always produced in China
- Constant reciting of "Values" that lead me to believe they are simply non-existent
Advice to Senior Management – - Hire within and promote talent
- Value your associates more, I mean really, who really rakes in the sales?
- Get new point of sale systems (It's not 1998!)
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
