Fantastic doctor who started the organization. Passion for his profession and retina research.

Cons

Incompetence, absence of professionalism, fairness and accountability in what is loosely considered top levels of Administration. There is not a trusted position to go to with problems or grievances. Favoritism by the Administrator is the way to get ahead. Competence is no guarantee for advancement.

Advice to Senior Management

Put the Care back in Health Care. Get rid of the dross at the top. Hire Professionals for the highest positions so that you can become a quality organization and the leader in your field for which you are positioned.
