I worked at Revana full-time for less than a year

Pros

Customer oriented; Staff oriented. Great Health plans

Cons

Salaries and low; Commision structure changes every month; Management not properly structured.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

managers need more training and did not know orders and system properly; Need training on their duties; Closing duties were left to CSRs some nights when they left 4 hours early on multiple occasions.

    Pros

    Macayos for lunch on Thursdays

    Cons

    They stress to the Google adwords employees never to speak or share any thing with the "real Googlers" especially about how much we are make hourly & commission structure changing every two months. Management makes sure you never get a commission check.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Our CEO needs to know what is really going on with her company. If she is on the sales floor we are instructed not to speak with her by our management

    I have been working at Revana full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    If a department closes down or you aren't performing well they will find another place for you. They always have ongoing training which is crucial to the department I'm in.

    Cons

    Commission changes every 2 months to get more complicated. You can be 120% to your sales goal but if you aren't hitting your dials or talk time you get written up.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Pay employees more to get more productivity. Top sales rep only makes 200-300 more than the "slugs"
