Pros

Benefits are great
Rewarding Client relationships

Cons

Bad Management they do not seem to screen the New managers they hire very well and they do not stay long when they are a good Manager.
Total disregard for yrs of service they are cutting jobs to save themselves money just a typical american takeover no respect for a good employee just get rid of them so they can save money.

Advice to Management

your Customer Service is going to suffer with so many other companies to do their Home Health care the clients will not stay .

    Pros

    Benefits are ok and rrsp contributions are good...not great but good.

    Cons

    Employees hang out in gangs at work. Brings down general morale. And it is not good professional behavior.

    Advice to Management

    A better compensation for a job well done, not a Hero Button please.

    Pros

    Decent pay, i know someone higher up in the business, so i can grow if i want, though who wants to put effort in a company that doesnt want to put effort into you?

    Cons

    Have been without a manager for over two months, not getting compensated for the extra hours other than some overtime which is often forgotten, and have to remind them to put on. Managers have no respect for staff and residents. No support from management, they wont listen to front line workers. Not sure revera knows how to run a company.

    Advice to Management

    Stop laying off people, and take CARE of the survivors!!
    Take off the blinders, look ahead to the future! Quick fix schemes are not the way to go!!!
