Revision Eyewear – “Caution”

Pros

I get to be apart of a company that creates a product that saves eyes and saves lives - I remind myself of this each day I am here. Very bright people work here. The staff does so much, we all work very hard and take pride in our work. The company has done very well in a short period of time - it is exciting to be a part of it! Pretty good benefits for a small company and the pay is pretty competitive.

Cons

This company is managed by fear and there are a lot of company politics here. The majority of the staff is absolutely amazing, bright, dedicated, fun, but this engagement at times is crushed by the senior leadership's style.

Advice to Senior Management

Read those big words we have all over our walls in the building - "integrity" and "commitment" especially. Please try to follow these more when it comes to your own troops.
