Executive management is in constant flux with a ever changing cast of players who more often than not come from outside the company or the industry. Serial restructuring. Limited advancement opportunities. Employees rarely receive a bonus, stock options often below water. Executive management is distant reclusive and is in love with it's privilege

Advice to Senior Management

Get out of your hermetically sealed ivory tower, roll up you sleves and work with your employees. Stop acting like celebrities - Revlon is not even a Fortune 1000 company. Update the brands - Revlon is rapidly becoming your grandmothers cosmetic company.
