Pros

Great Brand and the compensation and benefits are good. Medical, Dental, LIfe insurance, discounts are great. Leadership under David Kennedy is good and business is turning around.

Cons

Managers are moved into different teams and brands constantly whether employee likes it or not.

Advice to Senior Management

Be more open with communication
