They have good benefits for their employees compared with other companies in the same industry. Also, they offer some small company attitude to the larger business.
Cons
The company revolves around who you know rather then what you know. Their company training policy doesn't exist and there is a lack of motivation in a good deal of employees.
Advice to Senior Management
Move into the 21st century, and reward good work rather then good looks. Innovation is something to be proud of, rather then looked down at.
