Altogether a good place to work

ProsPeople are good, training program is nice, and beautiful models on the walls.

ConsPay is not that competitive for certain positions.The plant is in the middle of nowhere.

Advice to Senior Managementpay your skilled people more.

    I worked at Revlon full-time for more than a year

    Pros: Flat organization, summer and holiday hours, small teams so it… Cons: Very lean organization - there's always too much work to be done and permanently short on people to do it. Work-life balance… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More

    Pros: Salary, benefits, good location, summer Fridays Cons: Too many approvals needed for a decision to be made, a lot of bureaucracy, it's… Advice to Senior Management: Allow others a hand in decision making, there is too much dependency on the approval… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
