I have been working at Revolution Prep

Pros – The company culture is a big plus, including casual dress. But more importantly the people who work at Rev Prep are, almost without exception, smart, engaging, and friendly. Additionally, since it is still a small company, the opportunity to make a real impact is clearly present.

Cons – Most employees are expected to work >40 hour work weeks, likely at lower pay than an equivalent position at a larger company. Also, the nature and responsibilities of positions at Rev Prep often are very fluid, making it a poor working environment for someone who prefers stability.
