Fun Sales force and a good atmosphere to work in.

Cons

Lack of new software / hardware leads to redundant work

Advice to Senior Management

Update your systems and provide a more complete solution to customers. RN is not a high tech company and it should change. E-mail design is a waste of money , a website is more important.
