Challenging, some very talented people work at Rexam in BG. The facility is very nice and the equipment is state of the art.

Cons

Bottom line driven, do not really care about the employees, just a front for business as usual. Revolving door and high turnover.

Advice to Senior Management

Refine the diamond you have and stop growing through acquisition. The potential of the existing assets are incredible. Figure out what to do with them.
