Very nice experience - Its a company with good outlook and a fine mentality to grow

I worked at Rexel USA full-time for less than a year

Pros1. Career progression,
2. Good outlook and friendly co-workers,
3. Professional,
4. The company is expanding business in the APAC region so lot of inovative work roles are open.

Cons1. Badly hit by recession,
2. 3000 employees all over the world were laid off,
3. Growth prospects looks a bit dim now,

Advice to Senior ManagementThe company should have realistic growth targets.

Pros: They do have benefits and promote men. Cons: Very little advancement and pay raises. Always someone leaving due to poor treatment. No respect… Advice to Senior Management: Treat employees like people. Keep valuable employees for their skills and recognize this. Show loyalty towards employees. Treated like a number… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
