    Pros

    Good people to work with, challenging and rewarding work. Desire to develop innovative solutions. Goal oriented and recognition

    Cons

    Tough industry. Compensation is less that it should be for the positions. Too much politics for the size it is. Worked for much larger companies with half the politics. There are some arrogant people and in lead roles that make it hard for folks just trying to do the right things

    Pros

    Peers are ok to work with. Only positive is Reynolds brand name, to people outside the company, has some merit.

    Cons

    Everything: ZERO processes exist. Everything is manual--and any process or system that may seem to exist is completely broken and useless. The company uses at least 3 systems to operate: SAP, JDA, Hyperion so trying to make "things talk to each other" is impossible. So much unnecessary added work to a normal job bc no one seems to think the company is broken. and don't even mention "brand building"...there is ZERO of that going on. For the small size of company that it is, the company should be able to move faster and be more nimble, but it's completely stuck in cement bc of the poor leadership and lack of any process and systems that make any sense an all.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Just throw everything away and start from scratch. Get rid of the leadership that continue to drive this company into the ground and Actually hire in people who know what they are doing.
