Fine for entry level, useless beyond

ProsA good job for English majors straight out of college that provides experience and medical insurance

ConsNo advancent opportunity, low pay, concealed information about other employee salaries. Fascist environment with closed minded executives. Poor work/life balance.

Advice to Senior ManagementStop relying on green grads to support your high turnover. Consider paying employees more to keep good people on board.

    No potential for promotion
