Pros

A good job for English majors straight out of college that provides experience and medical insurance

Cons

No advancent opportunity, low pay, concealed information about other employee salaries. Fascist environment with closed minded executives. Poor work/life balance.

Advice to Management

Stop relying on green grads to support your high turnover. Consider paying employees more to keep good people on board.

    Pros

It is a good place to just "get a job" and gain some corporate experience right after college while you figure out what you want to do.

    Cons

    -No room for advancement
    -Salaries are very low
    -Micro-managing supervisors
-No vacation time your first year of employment. If you start in January of 2012 you will not receive any vacation until January of 2013.
    -Employee morale is awful
-They base hiring mostly on scores from pre-employment aptitude testing. They will schedule you to come take a test and say "you may have an interview when your finished." Once you're done, they check your scores and if you passed you will get an interview. If you didn't do so hot, they will send you home and say "you will hear from us in 3-5 business days."

    Advice to Management

Develop career paths for employees. Raise salary levels to be competitive and not have so much employee turnover.

    Pros

The people and friendships you make at work
The average age of employees is much younger than most companies out there right now

    Cons

    The pay
    Deception of compensation and benefits
    Misleading advancement potential
    Inadequate training
Day to day repetitive tasks that have no substance
    Incredibly high turnover

    Advice to Management

While Reynolds is a fairly respectible company as far as their software is concerned, the pay, work environment your employees are given and the difficultly of customers steming from an over agressive sales force is just too much. The lies of pay, benefit, and job description is the main thing causing your employees to start searching for a new job as soon as their eyes are opened to what they just got into.
