ConsEXTENSIVE TRAVEL. Distinct difference in today's working environment (cultural shock).

    Poor management, no room for employee growth

    Pros: occasionally you will find someone good in middle management Cons: management does not trust the employees and makes all decisions at the very top of the hierarchy. no interest… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More

    Great company for starting a career

    I worked at Reynolds and Reynolds full-time for more than a year


    Pros: Phenomenal company culture. Intramural sports programs, free on-site gym, free on-site health clinic, and free beer at every company function (even the intramural sports).… Cons: The salary is not the most competitive, and the benefits aren't wonderful either. You won't have much vacation your first year… Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
