Micro-management. Sick time sucks. No real value.
Advice to Senior Management
They should consider about the needs of employees. There is little employee satisfaction for people working there. Senior management sucks.

It looks like BB has more people on here trying to increase the companies satisfaction rating! This place is like Nazi Germany NO EXAGGERATION! Here sign a none compete, don't worry but if you don't sign it you're fired! OK now that everyone signed a none compete time to start lowering salaries, commissions and benefits!
