Cons

Reynolds used to be a great place to work for. Now it is like working for a police state. Our customers are not satisfied and are complaining about senior management. Pay is about half what it was a few years ago. I used to love my job. Now I hate going to work everyday. It makes me sad. With the unemployment rate so high, I am forced to endure it if I want my family to eat though.

Advice to Senior Management

Stop worrying about being "tough businessmen" and start worrying about employee and customer satisfaction.
